Attention to detail and commitment to quality. **Job Description:** We are seeking a professional to work as a **Sewing Machine Operator**, performing sewing and finishing tasks on garments while ensuring quality and adherence to company-established standards. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in industrial sewing. * Knowledge and proficiency in operating straight-stitch, overlock, binding, and other sewing machines used in the production process. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Organization and responsibility. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate sewing machines according to production requirements. * Perform assembly, adjustments, and finishing on garments. * Inspect the quality of finished products. * Meet established production deadlines and targets. * Maintain and clean equipment and the workplace. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the garment manufacturing sector. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site Compensation: Starting from R$2.058,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
