If you enjoy leading processes, aligning teams, and executing plans with excellence, we want to meet you! **Your Responsibilities** * Manage the active client portfolio, ensuring deadlines, quality, and satisfaction. * Plan, organize, and monitor project execution with the internal team. * Ensure alignment among strategy, execution, and delivery. * Monitor project performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. * Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization. * Conduct alignment meetings and results presentations. **What We’re Looking For** * Experience in project management. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Analytical mindset and results orientation. * Ability to lead requests and prioritize tasks. * Proactivity, accountability, and ownership mindset. * Active CNPJ (PJ contract model). * Alignment with our values and organizational culture. **Compensation** R$ 2\.000,00 to R$ 5\.000,00, depending on experience and delivery level.
