**Machining Operator I Position** Responsibilities: Operate, adjust, and program machines and tools to manufacture metal parts and other materials according to technical specifications. Must ensure the precision and quality of produced parts, adhering to safety standards and standard operating procedures of Forma Esquadrias. Activities: · Operate machining machines, pantographs, CNC machining centers, stamping presses, slotting machines, drilling machines, and trimming machines. · Perform machining operations on products such as locks and latches. · Perform machining across different production lines (Nova Gold, Chroma, Ecoline, EcoStick). · Store and identify profiles on trolleys. · Interpret technical drawings and specifications to properly configure machines and thus program CNC machines. · Adjust cutting tools, speed, feed rate, and other parameters to optimize production while ensuring the quality of machined parts. · Conduct measurements and inspections of machined parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, among others, to ensure compliance with specifications. · Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to perform job-related tasks. · Maintain equipment in proper working condition and keep the work area clean, performing tasks in an organized and efficient manner. · Proactively comply strictly with occupational safety, quality, and environmental protection regulations. · Perform other related and inherent professional duties as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor. Location: Novo Mundo – Curitiba – PR. Employment Type: CLT Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Mon–Thu: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM; Fri: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM) Salary: To be negotiated + benefits (Transportation Allowance + Meal Voucher + Parking).
