We are looking for versatile and agile professionals who ensure an impeccable customer experience from start to finish. **Your Responsibilities** * **Griddle and Broiler Operation:** Grilling and searing hamburgers (meats and accompaniments), strictly adhering to our standards for doneness and juiciness. * **Assembly and Standardization:** Completing hamburger assembly efficiently while maintaining impeccable presentation and menu standardization, even during peak hours. * **Preparation (*****Mise en place*****):** Organizing the workstation before each shift, ensuring all ingredients, meats, buns, and sauces are prepped and readily available for service. * **Hygiene and Organization:** Maintaining rigorous cleanliness of the griddle, broiler, utensils, and work surface during and after service, strictly complying with health surveillance and food handling regulations. **What We’re Looking For (Requirements)** * Proven prior experience as a grill cook, preferably in burger restaurants using broilers, parrillas, or hot griddles (experience with various burger weights and styles is a plus). * Agility, focus, and emotional control to perform effectively under pressure during high-volume days. * Practical knowledge of temperature control and meat doneness levels. * An organized, responsible profile with strong teamwork spirit to collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and front-of-house staff. * Flexible availability (primarily evening shifts and weekends). **What We Offer** * A collaborative, structured workplace with open communication. * Night shift allowance (+20% per hour after 10 PM), transportation voucher (VT), commission, and double pay for Sundays.
