Strengthen Leão's image with the press and the community **Leão**, **the market leader in teas**, is looking for a professional responsible for supporting the development and execution of communication strategies, contributing to strengthening organizational culture, employee engagement, and the company's market image. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Areas of Responsibility:** * Plan, produce, and share relevant and engaging content across internal communication channels; * Address internal communication demands from internal clients, focusing on content development for email, bulletin boards, corporate TV, and internal social networks; * Monitor and execute endomarketing activities across all business units, including internal campaigns and events; * Produce content for the bi-monthly newsletter; * Establish dialogue with internal and external stakeholders according to the established communication strategy; * Promote and strengthen meaningful partnerships with institutions and the local community to positively reinforce our presence and social contribution; * Develop content for the Blog and LinkedIn; * Strengthen Leão's image with the press; * Conduct analysis of KPIs and indicators for internal and external communication areas, updating monthly reports; * Interface with agencies and suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Social Communication, Journalism, or related fields. * Experience with initiatives that strengthen workplace climate, culture, and ESG practices is desirable. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance. * Meal and food allowance via FLASH. * Flexible work model. * Private pension plan.
