If you have a collaborative mindset, enjoy solving problems, performing analyses, and using data to support decision-making, join our team! \#TogetherWeAre\+via **Responsibilities and Duties** Analyze the feasibility of third-party interest and consent projects, and maintain organized records of right-of-way demand processes in accordance with safety requirements and current regulations, in order to forward them for analysis by ANTT. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and validating right-of-way monitoring. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; Previous experience in Right-of-Way is desirable. Experience in highway concessions is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Google Earth; Ability to read engineering drawings; Knowledge of current regulations and laws related to right-of-way. Driver’s License Category B **Skills:** * Communication; * Responsibility and commitment; * Teamwork; * Concentration and attention to detail; * Ability to work under pressure; **Additional Information** **Must reside in Curitiba or surrounding region. Childcare allowance Via Araucária is the concessionaire responsible for operating, maintaining, and modernizing Lot 1 of the Paraná State Highway System, covering 473 kilometers of federal and state highways. This stretch includes the northern and southern bypasses of Curitiba, interconnections among municipalities in the Greater Curitiba Metropolitan Region, and the route between the state capital and Guarapuava in central-southern Paraná, among other road segments. Over the next 30 years of the concession agreement, the company commits to investing BRL 7.9 billion in expansion and modernization works, plus allocating another BRL 5.2 billion for operations. These investments cover a variety of improvements, such as mechanical and medical roadside services, truck driver rest stops, weigh-in-motion systems, among others. Via Araucária is committed to generating local jobs and regional development. According to the federal government, an estimated 81,700 direct and indirect jobs will be created, along with fiscal contributions to the municipal governments of the 18 cities served by the highway network.
