We seek proactive, responsible, and eager-to-learn professionals who ensure organization, efficiency, and compliance with occupational safety regulations. Responsibilities * Assist masons and other professionals in daily tasks; * Prepare and transport materials (sand, cement, blocks, tools); * Prepare mortars and plasters as instructed; * Perform cleaning and organization of the construction site; * Assist in loading and unloading materials; * Ensure proper use of tools and equipment; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and correctly use PPE. Requirements * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Prior experience as a Construction Laborer is a plus; * Physical fitness for operational tasks; * Commitment, punctuality, and teamwork; * Basic knowledge of occupational safety regulations.
