**Responsibilities:** Perform maintenance and repair services on residential hydraulic systems; Carry out preventive and corrective inspections and interventions; Support building maintenance routines as needed. **Requirements:** Previous experience in the role; Knowledge of residential hydraulics; Availability for in-person work. **Salary and Benefits:** **Salary:** R$ 2\.007,88 \+ 20% hazard pay; **Meal allowance:** R$ 805.00; Transportation voucher or fuel assistance of R$ 12.00/day; Health insurance (through union). **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
