Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment About the Opportunity We are looking for two dynamic and proactive professionals to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The professional will be responsible for end-to-end management of the benefits journey—from onboarding active employees to managing and maintaining records of inactive employees—ensuring process accuracy and compliance. Main Responsibilities Perform operational management of benefits in highly complex scenarios involving multiple CNPJs; Operate benefits platforms such as Alelo, Flash, and iFood, among others; Execute personnel record transactions (additions, modifications, deletions), preventing improper payments; Provide support to employees from different units and segments, including Industry, Facilities, and Temporary Labor; Technical Requirements Solid experience in Service Provision, Industrial, or Temporary Labor Consulting sectors; Proficiency in the Senior system (mandatory requirement); Experience handling high volumes of personnel transactions; Practical knowledge of benefits platforms and multi-benefit cards (Flash, iFood, etc.); Behavioral Profile Agility and multitasking: ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands; Sense of urgency: focus on deadlines and efficient problem resolution; Organization and attention to detail: ensuring information quality and accuracy; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.945,62 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance Selection Question(s): * Experience handling high volumes of benefits maintenance?
