CRM Analyst

Description

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and customer relationship-focused CRM Analyst to join our team! This person will be responsible for supporting the execution of CRM strategies—particularly for the MiniPreço Club—contributing to customer loyalty and engagement. **Responsibilities and duties** #### **Responsibilities:** * Support the management and optimization of the CRM tool, ensuring data quality and integrity; * Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of customer journey workflows; * Segment the customer database for personalized campaigns; * Execute communication campaigns (e\-mail, SMS, push notifications, among others); * Monitor and analyze campaign results, generating reports; * Support customer behavior analysis; * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams; * Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes; * Support the creation of visual assets for campaigns (a plus). #### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience with CRM; * Familiarity with CRM tools; * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Requirements and qualifications** #### **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator); * Experience with loyalty programs; * Exposure to marketing automation. **Additional information** #### **Salary:** * R$3\.200,00\. #### **What we offer:** * Medical and dental plans; * Pharmacy partnership; * Meal allowance (R$25.00 per day); * Transportation allowance; * Christmas bonus; * In-store MiniPreço product discount (up to 10%); * School supplies financing via payroll deduction; * Credit card supporting purchasing power; * Partnerships with SESC and universities; * Transportation allowance and parking; * Life insurance; * A welcoming environment focused on professional development and growth. #### **Schedule and location:** * On-site, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM; * Curitiba, Hauer.
