Job Summary: We are seeking a CONTROLLER to serve as a key contributor to the financial and tax/accounting management of our growth, playing a guiding role in decision-making processes. Analysis and preparation of materials for administrative board meetings \*Group of companies specializing in educational and technological solutions Location: Curitiba (Capão Raso) \| Work Mode: On-site \| Working Hours: Business hours We are seeking a CONTROLLER to serve as a key contributor to the financial and tax\/accounting management of our growth. Challenges and Impact of Your Role with Us: As our Controller, you will play a guiding role in the group's decision-making processes. Your main responsibilities will include: · Monitoring and generating reports reflecting the group's financial, tax\/fiscal, and accounting health, in collaboration with departmental leaders; · Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), tracking Budget and Forecast, and preparing reports to support the group's growth strategy. · Developing Strategic Cost Management, establishing allocation criteria, cost centers in systems, reviewing and analyzing results and accounting statements; · Supporting area managers in monthly closings; analyzing and preparing materials for the administrative board's monthly meetings. What We Expect From You: · Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields, expertise in Tax and Fiscal Legislation, practical experience in controller functions, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI. · We value your talent and experience.
