Leadership, organization, and decision-making **Job Description** We are looking for a **Site Supervisor** to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with the project schedule, quality standards, safety regulations, and technical specifications. The professional will serve as the liaison between the operational team, engineering staff, and project management. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate construction teams (masons, laborers, and other professionals); * Assign tasks and guide the team on correct execution methods; * Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and targets; * Ensure service quality complies with project designs, technical standards, and specifications; * Control the use of materials, tools, and equipment to avoid waste; * Support reading and interpretation of project drawings and work orders; * Maintain site organization and cleanliness; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Report project progress, needs, and potential issues to engineering or project coordination. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma is a plus); * Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry; * Practical knowledge of masonry, finishing, concrete pouring, and infrastructure works; * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills; * Commitment, responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills; * Basic knowledge of occupational safety regulations. **Employment Type** CLT – Full-time Position Type: Permanent CLT **Benefits** * Transportation allowance (VT); * Meal allowance (VR).
