All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD)."** **Inovadoor Portas Industriais Ltda** has an opportunity for a **PCP Analyst** in **Pinhais/PR** Ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and control of Production and Materials, ensuring on-time delivery, resource optimization, and maintenance of production flow according to commercial demands and installed capacity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and update production plans based on order backlog, production capacity, and material availability; * Schedule production orders and monitor their execution, adjusting as needed; * Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstocking; * Analyze performance indicators (OTD, lead time, efficiency) and propose improvements; * Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics departments to ensure planning alignment; * Conduct capacity analysis and simulations to accommodate demand fluctuations; * Support the definition of inventory policies and MRP parameters; * Generate periodic reports on production status and on-time delivery performance. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical programs, or related fields (completed or in progress); Languages: Basic English; Experience: Minimum 3 years in PCP roles; Desirable: Intermediate Microsoft Office package, Advanced Excel; Knowledge of Datasul/Totvs system is a plus **Benefits:** Meal Voucher Food Voucher Health Insurance Dental Insurance Total Pass Life Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Christmas Kit If you seek challenges, innovation, and professional growth within a global and dynamic environment, this position is for you!
