Every day presents an opportunity to do something new — and you can be part of it. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Weekly analysis of raw material quality and laboratory test results, identifying root causes of quality deviations and reporting them to the Concrete Technology Coordinator and/or Senior Concrete Technology Analyst. * Weekly analysis of concrete and stabilized mortar quality, proposing adjustment actions to reduce costs or improve quality. * Handle and follow up on requests via CAP, ensuring SLA compliance. * Supervise concrete pouring operations to assess concrete quality according to application requirements. * Conduct process audits in production facilities and laboratories jointly with the Technical Coordinator, and follow up on action plans for compliance. * Visit customer construction sites using stabilized mortar to evaluate alignment of delivery, storage, and application processes. * Support experimental mix design activities in the laboratory for developing new concrete mixes. * Address customer complaints regarding concrete quality, performing non-destructive tests on-site when necessary; for more complex issues, the Concrete Technology Coordinator and/or Senior Concrete Technology Analyst shall lead the investigation. * Ensure departmental processes comply with Quality Management System, SSMA, and Compliance requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Civil Engineering or Building Technology degree **Required Knowledge or Training:** * Laboratory processes; * Intermediate computer skills, with emphasis on Excel; * Basic concrete technology and constituent materials; * Driver's license (Class B); * Quality Management Systems; * Betontec (desirable); * BetonCP (desirable); * Command (desirable); * Concrete and Civil Construction standards; * Rational Mix Design; * Destructive and non-destructive testing; * Concrete-related pathologies. **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
