Critical analysis of quantities and budgetary assumptions **BUDGET ANALYST** *(Civil Construction)* We are looking for a professional to manage and validate construction project budgets, with strong interaction with suppliers and a focus on cost efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical quality of budgets, supporting strategic decisions, and directly contributing to the financial viability of projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and validate budgets prepared by third parties; * Conduct critical analysis of quantities, cost compositions, and assumptions; * Ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and company standards; * Equalize technical and commercial proposals; * Identify genuine opportunities for cost reduction; * Flag design inconsistencies with financial impact; * Lead strategic quotations with suppliers; * Prepare comparative charts and support negotiations; * Support the structuring and standardization of budgeting processes; * Maintain organization and traceability of cost information. **Mandatory Requirements (Eliminatory):** * Degree in Civil Engineering (completed or nearing completion); * Proven experience in construction project budgeting within civil construction; * Practical experience with supplier quotations, equalization, and negotiation; * Technical reading and interpretation of designs; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills applied to this field; **Relevant Advantages:** * Experience with budgets prepared by third parties; * Knowledge of Sienge; * Experience with residential high-rise construction. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance: BRL 801.50/month; * Food voucher: BRL 21.00 per working day; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Health insurance with co-payment; * Life insurance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM | Friday until 5:00 PM **Employment Type:** On-site | Full-time Only candidates fully meeting the mandatory requirements will be considered.
