Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Coordinator with an analytical mindset and attention to detail to lead corporate infrastructure and security management in a Microsoft environment. Key Highlights: 1. Lead critical incidents and crises with executive-level communication. 2. Coordinate the Hyper-V platform and govern IAM (AD/Entra/M365). 3. Manage vendors and ensure documentation and knowledge base. We are hiring an Infrastructure Coordinator! If you possess an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and enjoy decision-making, join our team! **Responsibilities:** Ensure availability/performance of critical services (AD/DNS/DHCP, authentication, file sharing, connectivity, M365\). **Conduct proactive routines:** health checks, capacity planning, patching, backups, restoration testing, updates, and hardening. Lead critical incidents/crises (war room), including executive communication, timeline tracking, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive action plans. Coordinate the Hyper\-V platform (hosts/VMs/storage), provisioning standards, and advanced troubleshooting. Define and maintain network/security standards across locations (segmentation, VPN, redundancy, best practices). Coordinate vulnerability management, remediation, configuration reviews, and initial incident response. **Govern IAM (AD/Entra/M365\):** privileges, groups, standards, recertification, and audit/LGPD evidence. Serve as the Infrastructure/Security focal point for SAP RISE-related topics: connectivity, DNS/certificates, SSO/identity, access, change windows, and integrations. Coordinate the tower team (task distribution, shift scheduling/on-call coverage, development, rituals, and standards). Manage vendors (telecom, datacenter, security, consulting), enforcing SLAs/OLAs and improvement plans. Maintain up-to-date documentation (runbooks, diagrams, standards) and knowledge base. **Requirements:** Solid experience coordinating corporate infrastructure and security in a Microsoft environment. Proficiency in Windows Server, AD DS, DNS/DHCP/GPO, Hyper\-V virtualization, backup/restore, and business continuity. Experience with M365/Entra ID (administration, troubleshooting, and identity governance). Advanced understanding of networking (VLAN, routing, VPN, links, troubleshooting) and multi-location environment management. Hands-on experience with Fortinet (policies, VPN, segmentation, logs) and monitoring tools (Zabbix/Grafana). Practical knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Crisis) and SLA-driven operations. **Desired Qualifications:** Experience with governance/integrations in SAP S/4HANA RISE environments (customer perspective). Automation (PowerShell), observability/logs, SIEM (concepts), hardening, and baselines. **Certifications:** ITIL v4, Microsoft, Fortinet, security (SC\-xxx), or equivalent. **Work Location:** Curitiba/PR **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri \- 08:00–18:00\. **Additional Information:** This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PWD).
