**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Ensure the safety of people and the facility by guiding team members, third-party personnel, and drivers to comply with safety rules. Monitor daily activities, observing and recording behavioral deviations and structural gaps. Conduct safety dialogue routines, ORTS, RI, etc.;
* Oversee loading activities (palletized) to ensure productivity and achievement of service time targets, as well as NPS through correct, damage-free loading of products and pallets. Define action plans to correct process failures;
* Supervise team performance (direct employees and third-party personnel) to meet daily dispatch and receiving targets. Work closely with the team, providing continuous feedback for team development and performance evaluation against area goals;
* Supervise and monitor product and pallet inventory levels to ensure achievement of daily loading targets;
* Define daily loading targets jointly with the team to align delivery of minimum volumes. Collaboratively define action plans with the team to correct possible operational deviations.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Availability to work in Rio Branco do Sul\-PR;
* Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced);
* Knowledge of dispatch and warehousing procedures;
* Experience in people management;
* Knowledge of integrated systems is considered a plus (e.g., SAP);
