**Import Assistant**
VinilSul is hiring!
Operating since 1995, we are one of Brazil's largest distributors of equipment and supplies for visual communication, digital printing, and reflective materials.
With eight strategically located branches in addition to our central warehouse, we offer an extensive range of supplies, printers and other equipment, LEDs for signage industries, and reflective materials for road traffic signage.

Key responsibilities of our **Junior Import Assistant:**
* Support communication with international suppliers and process coordination;
* Prepare, send, and verify purchase orders (PO);
* Organize and initiate import processes;
* Assist with international freight quotation and contracting;
* Send shipping instructions and verify related documentation;
* Track cargo in transit, arrival, and customs clearance;
* Update internal controls and follow up on import processes;
* Support submission of information to customs brokers and DI registration;
* Assist with foreign exchange settlement, SWIFT transmission, and cash request procedures;
* Perform initial cost verification and identify discrepancies;
* Assist with accounts payable posting and issuance of incoming invoices;
**Required Qualifications:**
* Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields;
* Experience in import processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Basic knowledge of import procedures and international trade.
* Familiarity with import documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, DI, etc.).
* Understanding of INCOTERMS, NCM codes, and fiscal classification.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Analytical and proactive profile to monitor processes and identify discrepancies.
