




Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Assistant with or without prior experience to interact with premium customers, support sales, organize the store, and perform administrative tasks for an established brand. Awards for achieving targets Position: Store Assistant – The North Face A specialty store offering sports gear, cold-weather and snow travel equipment, and outdoor activity products, representing The North Face — a global leader in quality, technology, and performance. We seek a store assistant with or without prior experience who is comfortable interacting with and serving premium customers. Requirements: Previous experience is a plus Strong communication skills and ease in engaging with premium-class customers Responsible, proactive, and committed to work schedules, shifts, and procedures Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems (cash register), among others Familiarity with WhatsApp and social media platforms in general Knowledge of Excel, Word, and related software Organizational skills and commitment to daily store routines Flexible availability (shopping mall shift schedule, if applicable) Responsibilities: In-person customer service at the cash register Store organization and merchandise restocking Support in achieving sales targets Administrative tasks corresponding to the position We Offer: Competitive salary commensurate with the role Awards for achieving targets Training on The North Face products and technologies Structured work environment with an established brand Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Saturday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sunday: Rotating shift Fixed weekly day off under a 6x1 schedule Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.600,00 \- R$1\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
