The **Destro Group** is seeking an **Accounts Payable Analyst** to join our finance team! We are looking for an organized, committed professional with strong attention to detail to ensure efficiency and control over the company's financial routines. **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and integrated systems; Strong communication skills, logical reasoning, and organizational ability; Experience handling accounting documents and banking processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Execute routine control and processing of accounts payable; Review bank bills and record invoices in the system; Process payments, apply payment clearances, and perform bank/accounting reconciliations; Monitor payment releases via the system; Modify invoices and extend due dates when necessary; Manage protest procedures, PEFIN registrations, and notary office clearances; Register and update supplier bank account information; Issue bank payment confirmations, archive documents, and maintain updated records; Provide support to internal departments and manage relationships with suppliers; Assist with administrative and financial department routines. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Location: Tatuquara Unit \- Curitiba; Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48\.
