Job Summary: A professional responsible for scheduling, allocating resources for loading and unloading operations, entering shipments into client portals, and instructing drivers, working on the 2nd shift. Key Highlights: 1. Handle resource allocation and scheduling for loading and unloading operations 2. Experience in transportation and logistics preferred 3. Opportunity to be a key player in the transportation sector Working hours must be available for the 2nd shift: **Sunday through Friday, from 2:20 PM to 10:35 PM**\- 2nd shift. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform resource allocation and scheduling tasks for loading and unloading operations; * Enter shipments into client portals; * Schedule loading and unloading operations; * Monitor and process Purchase Requests/Service Center requests for reimbursement in cases of additional costs incurred during cargo handling (loading/unloading). * Directly instruct drivers on the use of client applications. **Requirements:** * Interpersonal skills * Analytical ability * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience in transportation and logistics * Knowledge of the KMM system is a plus **Join Axon and become a key player in the transportation sector! ?
