Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Assistant to perform basic plumbing and electrical maintenance, general repairs, and custodial tasks. Key Highlights: 1. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this may be the opportunity you are looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Basic plumbing and electrical maintenance. Repairs to gates, water tanks, motors, and installations. Execution of minor repairs and painting tasks. Maintain and preserve equipment and facilities. \*Requirements:\* Experience in general maintenance. Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems. Skills in repairs and painting. Proactivity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team. Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). \*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary:\* R$ 1\.730,00 \*Meal Allowance:\* R$ 17,30/day \*Transportation Allowance:\* R$ 12,00/day \*Attendance Bonus:\* R$ 114,00 (after 30 days) \*Work Schedule:\* 6x1 (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes per day; working hours to be agreed upon with the manager. * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Loyalty Bonus based on tenure: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year.
