The professional will be responsible for operating the griddle, assembling orders according to house standards, and ensuring quality and efficiency in service. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare meats, hamburgers, sandwiches, and appetizers on the griddle; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Assist in inventory control and proper food storage; * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations; * Collaborate as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
