Ensuring product quality and standardization. **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise all bakery (production) department activities, ensuring daily production of bread and bakery products with quality, standardization, and adherence to established deadlines, while maintaining team organization, raw material control, and compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily production of bread and bakery products (French bread, specialty breads, doughs, and derivatives). * Organize and assign tasks to bakers and assistants. * Ensure adherence to recipes, quality standards, and production processes. * Monitor all production stages: dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, etc. * Control inventory of raw materials (flour, yeast, sugar, salt, etc.). * Request purchases or replenishment of supplies when necessary. * Monitor losses, waste, and production yield. * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and good food handling practices in the department. * Train and guide the team on baking techniques and company standards. * Plan production according to store demand. * Monitor team performance and support improvements in production processes. * Ensure compliance with sanitary and food safety regulations. **Requirements** * Proven experience in baking or bread production. * Experience leading teams. * Knowledge of baking and fermentation processes. * Knowledge of good food handling practices. **Work Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off **Salary:** Negotiable Interested candidates should contact by phone: **41\-99610\-7529** Compensation: R$1\.549,66 \- R$2\.981,23 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
