Job Summary: Perform physical and systemic verification of materials, supporting PCP in inventory control and ensuring data accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Verification of production materials upon receipt and dispatch 2. Supporting PCP in inventory control and line supply 3. Ensuring compliance and organization of materials in process **OBJECTIVE** Perform physical and systemic verification of materials received, stored, and consumed in production processes. Directly support the PCP department in controlling raw material inventories, line supply, material returns, and system accuracy, ensuring that data aligns with actual production conditions. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Verify receipt and dispatch of production materials based on production orders (PO), technical bills of materials, and requisitions; · Inspect and control materials returned from production (surpluses or scrap); · Monitor consumption of raw materials and flag deviations from planned amounts; · Record movements in the ERP system and production reporting, as required; · Assist PCP in assembling and delivering production kits according to manufacturing orders; · Physically validate materials prior to release to the production line; · Conduct rotating inventories jointly with the inventory/PCP department; · Support organization of the production warehouse and material mapping; · Maintain up-to-date material labels, location codes, and signage; · Ensure batch, expiry date, identification, and quantity compliance for materials in process; · Suggest improvements to internal supply and verification workflows.
