We are looking for an **HR Intern** to support HR initiatives in the Mercosur region. This role offers direct exposure to administrative routines, internal communication, and support for HR activities across Brazil and Argentina, within a multicultural and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support internal communication by updating and managing content on SharePoint * Contribute to organizing internal events and initiatives (planning, vendors, and execution) * Support HR payment management, including issuing invoices via SAP and tracking deadlines * Assist in budget control for the HR department in partnership with HR leadership * Support general HR activities, such as updating job descriptions and assisting the HR team **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in **Business Administration or related fields** * Proficiency in **Intermediate Excel** * **Intermediate English** * Spanish is considered a plus * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills and interest in developing a career in HR **Additional Information** * Hybrid work model: balance is key—our model is 3 days onsite / 2 days remote; * Meal allowance; * Parking or transportation allowance; * Careshop: as part of the Beiersdorf Group, we offer special discounts on Nivea and Eucerin products! * Gympass.
