Conduct initial onboarding and overcome objections A fashion retail company located in downtown Curitiba is hiring a **Senior Commercial Assistant** for a fully in-person role. **Responsibilities and Duties** You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, ensuring their progression through the sales funnel. Your role is essential in connecting potential customers with the company and helping\-them understand the value of our products and services. **Responsibilities:** * Make initial contact with leads generated by marketing and qualify\-them. * Understand lead needs and present our solution. * Maintain a high level of engagement with leads via WhatsApp and phone. * Identify qualified opportunities for conversion into registrations. * Update information in the CRM and track lead progress. * Overcome objections and build relationships with potential consultants. * Conduct the consultant’s initial onboarding, ensuring they have all necessary information and materials to begin selling. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Advertising/Communications. * Knowledge of CRM systems and communication tools. * Experience with SPIN Selling and the AIDA sales funnel. * Results-oriented mindset. * Experience in consultative sales, preferably in resale opportunity offerings, relationship marketing, or direct sales. * Familiarity with RD Station. * Knowledge of customer retention strategies. **Additional Information** * Compensation: R$ 2\.138,00 * Bonus for achieving registration targets, ranging from R$ 250,00 to R$ 1\.950,00 * Benefits: Access to Telemedicine and Telepsychology services, Residential Assistance or Pet Assistance * Meal Allowance: R$ 24,00 per day via CAJU * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
