Production Coordinator

Job Summary: The professional will organize, coordinate, and motivate production teams, aiming for productivity, quality, and safety, as well as manage reports and propose improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and motivate production teams to achieve high productivity. 2. Ensure quality and safety of production processes. 3. Manage team performance and optimize production. Main Duties and Responsibilities: · Organize, coordinate, and motivate production teams to achieve continuously increasing levels of productivity; · Develop safe methods to prevent deviations from quality standards; · Coordinate workplace safety and hygiene conditions, recommending corrective actions when necessary; · Guide production staff on company regulations, work procedures, and safety protocols; · Contribute to maintaining and improving product quality; · Analyze daily production and quality reports to identify deviations from production process standards and implement appropriate corrections; · Prepare reports on workplace incidents, production data, and employee performance, forwarding information to Supervision and Factory Management; · Identify factors contributing to defects and propose measures to eliminate them; · Report maintenance needs for machinery and equipment to Management; · Monitor production shipment; · Monitor employee performance, providing guidance when necessary to maintain work pace, quality, and productivity; · Perform weekly production closing for the period, consolidating information from daily records for review by superiors and internal controls; · Manage employees in accordance with the company's human resources policies; · Appropriately size and allocate the team, establishing work standards and methods; · Assist HR in selecting qualified candidates, training them, and promoting their development to ensure production quality standards; · Use company vehicles exclusively for job-related purposes, when necessary; · Perform other duties compatible with the responsibilities of this position, of similar nature and difficulty level.
