Job Summary: A law firm is hiring a Legal Controller Assistant to perform reading and analysis of legal publications, deadline monitoring, and support to the legal team. Key Highlights: 1. Development of an analytical and organized profile Law Firm in Curitiba/PR is hiring: LEGAL CONTROLLER ASSISTANT Employment Type: CLT Remuneration: R$ 3.000,00 Benefits: Food Allowance of R$1.205,00 + Unimed Health Plan (70% employer-paid after probation period) + Profit Sharing twice per year + Transportation Voucher Work Format: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Resident of Curitiba/PR or Metropolitan Region with easy access to the city center. Bachelor's degree in Law (currently enrolled or completed); Bar Association registration (OAB) not required; Courses in legal controllership will be considered a plus; Experience in legal controllership within law firms and/or legal departments; Experience in reading legal publications, deadline management, and service of process. Knowledge of Labor Procedure Familiarity with legal management systems such as CPJ. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Analytical, organized, proactive, responsible, task-focused, detail-oriented, and competent in verbal and written communication. Immediate availability to start. Responsibilities: Reading and analysis of legal publications; processing, verification, and monitoring of judicial and administrative deadlines; data entry, system updates, and maintenance of legal databases; tracking procedural deadlines; administrative support to the legal team and lawyers related to the role, as well as execution of other related tasks as required by the department.
