Job Summary:
Handling judicial and administrative labor proceedings, including drafting pleadings, representing clients, risk analysis, and preventive legal consulting.

Handling judicial and administrative labor proceedings.
Drafting of pleadings, appeals, responses, legal statements, and legal opinions.
Representing clients at labor hearings and delivering oral arguments, where applicable.
Risk analysis and definition of procedural strategies.
Preventive legal consulting for companies and/or employees regarding labor legislation.
Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing employment contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
Monitoring expert appraisals, meeting procedural deadlines, and managing cases.
Negotiating judicial and extrajudicial settlements.
Monitoring changes in labor legislation and case law.
Providing legal advice and guidance to clients, clarifying doubts, and proposing legal solutions.
Liaising with Human Resources departments and other areas involved in labor matters.
Handling issues related to contract terminations, overtime, severance payments, job stability, work-related accidents, harassment, collective bargaining agreements, and other matters arising from employment relationships.
**Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree
**Driver's License Requirement:** Class B
