




Job Summary: As a PL Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for developing internal audit programs, participating in policy reviews, and monitoring performance indicators to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the management system. More than vehicles travel our roads — here, we connect people and energize cargo transportation across some of the country’s most important economic corridors. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **PL Quality Analyst**, you will be responsible for: Participating in and supporting the development of the integrated management system’s internal audit program, receiving, controlling, and disseminating results to verify compliance with reference standard requirements, while ensuring ongoing monitoring and critical analysis of the process. Participating in reviews of manuals, standards, and management policies across various company departments, implementing necessary adjustments and ensuring their dissemination. Conducting internal audits and supporting the Manager during external certification audits. Monitoring and disseminating administrative and operational performance indicators — as well as those of suppliers — and assisting departments in cases of nonconformity. Supporting all operational departments in developing and managing Action Plans for addressing Non-Conformities (including opening and tracking RACOM documents). Developing and organizing operational training programs, continually seeking best practices and preparing and distributing informative materials to raise awareness and engage other company departments. Taking preventive and/or corrective action in cases of deviations from quality standards and criteria, aiming to meet normative and regulatory specifications and achieve process compliance and realignment; participating in interdepartmental meetings to mediate, assist, and continuously monitor the management system, always striving for continuous service improvement.
