Their proactive engagement enables Electrolux to remain at the forefront of innovation throughout the consumer journey. **What you’ll do:** Verify, approve, and maintain master data for customers, materials, and vendors in SAP, ensuring data quality, compliance, and efficiency in supporting internal requesters. This position involves handling service tickets, frequent interaction with local and global users, and using English in a corporate environment, with an emphasis on continuous learning. **Key responsibilities include:** * Verify and approve customer, material, and vendor master data entries in SAP according to defined policies and standards * Perform bulk master data updates following internal procedures and controls * Create, modify, extend, and block master data records * Respond to service tickets (tickets) related to master data registration, corrections, and internal user inquiries * Communicate with business areas in Portuguese and English, as required * Ensure master data quality, consistency, and integrity * Guide users on correctly completing requests * Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Tax, and Finance * Support continuous improvement initiatives for master data processes * Meet SLAs, compliance controls, and role segregation requirements * Work alongside more experienced analysts to build expertise in SAP and MDM As part of our continuous improvement culture, you will participate in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EAI – Electrolux Always Improve). **Who you are:** **You have:** * A completed degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields * Knowledge of SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) * Basic understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) * Prior experience handling service tickets or working in administrative functions * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability * A collaborative, patient, and process-oriented mindset * Intermediate English proficiency **Where you’ll be located:** You’ll work at the Curitiba Office Park, our administrative office in Curitiba.
