Job Summary: Asset Analyst responsible for asset management and property control, including identification, registration, reconciliation, reporting, and audit support. Key Highlights: 1. Complete asset lifecycle management: identification, registration, and control. 2. Generation of managerial reports for strategic decision-making. 3. Support to key departments: accounting, controllership, and maintenance. ASSET ANALYST Responsibilities: · Physical identification and labeling of all movable and immovable assets; · Registration and updating of records in the CRTI system; · Reconciliation between physical and financial records; · Control of movements, transfers, disposals, and depreciation; · Generation of managerial reports to support strategic decisions regarding asset renewal, disposal, and maintenance; · Support for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and guidelines; · Support to accounting, controllership, and maintenance departments, promoting integration and efficiency in asset management. Requirements: · Experience in fixed asset control, physical and accounting inventory; · Experience in registration, movement, depreciation, and disposal of fixed assets; · Familiarity with ERP systems (CRTI preferred); · Advanced Excel proficiency and experience generating fixed asset control reports; · Basic knowledge of depreciation; · Willingness to work in Colombo/PR; · Willingness to travel.
