Customer service and assistance within the department **Position: Produce Promoter (FV&G)** We are looking for dedicated professionals willing to ensure quality and organization in our Produce Department. Check availability below: São José dos Pinhais (2 positions): 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM Arthur Bernardes (2 positions): 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM OR 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM Fazendinha (1 position): 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM Bairro Alto (1 position): 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM Pinhais (1 position): 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM **Compensation and Benefits** Initial Salary: R$ 1.850,00 (during the 90-day probationary period). Salary after 90 days: R$ 2.058,00 (category minimum wage). Meal Allowance: R$ 19.00 per workday (no payroll deduction – deposited into bank account). Transportation Allowance: 2 transit passes per workday (6% payroll deduction as required by law – deposited into bank account). **Main Responsibilities** Organization and restocking of fruits, vegetables, and greens (FV&G). Product selection (removal of items not meeting quality standards). Assembly of islands and displays in an attractive manner. Pricing and expiration date verification. Customer service and assistance within the department. **Requirements** Completed or currently pursuing high school education. Availability to work the assigned shifts and schedules. Proactive profile, detail-oriented, and physically fit. Prior experience in this role or in supermarket restocking is desirable.
