Monitor variances between budget vs. actual and forecast vs. actual. Prepare management reports and KPIs; support monthly accounting closing processes, ensuring proper expense recognition and provisions. Contribute to the preparation of personnel cost budget and forecast. Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and applicable labor legislation; support internal and external audits. Previous experience as Finance Manager, Accounting Coordinator, Audit Supervisor, or Financial Planning Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
