Leadership in field sales **Commercial Supervisor – Londrina (2 positions)** About the company: We are responsible for selling Claro products through retail chains and directly to households across various regions of the country. Responsibilities: * Manage the commercial team; * Ensure positive operational results and channel profitability; * Train and monitor the sales team’s performance and results; * Conduct targeted team development initiatives; * Manage and report on sales indicators and service mix; * Submit daily sales reports and key indicators to the Channel Sales Manager; * Ensure the team achieves its sales targets. Candidate Profile: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. * Prior experience leading field sales teams. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and personal vehicle required. * Strong focus on results — here, we make things happen! Employment Type: CLT – Permanent Compensation Package: * Base salary: R$ 4\.347,54 * Commission: up to R$4\.370,00 (cap) * Annual PLR (Profit Sharing) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday – 44 hours per week Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
