It provides human resources consulting services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate, monitor, and develop the store team, promoting continuous training and hands-on guidance ("shoulder-to-shoulder"). Ensure compliance with work schedules, working hours, and operational coverage. Conduct feedback sessions, operational alignments, and address behavioral or process deviations. Ensure execution of processes according to the Operations Manual. Daily monitoring of operational checklists, opening and closing routines. Identify operational failures and implement corrective and preventive actions. Guarantee excellence standards in customer service. Directly handle critical situations, complaints, and sensitive requests. Ensure compliance with commercial policies, exchanges, returns, and after-sales service. Monitor store and team sales performance, focusing on targets, KPIs, and results. Support the team in customer approaches, negotiations, and closing sales. Analyze performance reports and propose action plans to improve results. Ensure correct product pricing according to current commercial guidelines. Guarantee price updates, validation between product and label (face-badge), and correction of discrepancies. Monitor internal audits and proactively prevent pricing errors. Monitor and validate merchandise receipt, checking invoices, quantities, and product conditions. Ensure inventory organization, replenishment of sales areas, and proper storage. Act in loss prevention and damage control. Monitor operational, commercial, and administrative KPIs. Guarantee timely submission of reports, checklists, and information as defined by headquarters. Serve as the liaison between the store and support departments (Purchasing, Logistics, HR, Prevention, and Commercial). Position located in Fazenda Rio Grande / PR. Previous experience as Store Manager, Sales Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, or Store Leader may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
