As an **Operational Supervisor**, you are responsible for supervising CR activities, managing the team, supporting the Manager and Coordinator, providing departmental performance indicators, and representing the company to clients on operational matters. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WE COUNT ON YOU TO:** * Perform route intelligence and cargo scheduling; * Manage expenses for your CR; * Monitor usage of the Matrix Accelerator; * Size required resources (fleet) to meet customer needs; * Manage and monitor CR results: ROL, CO (Operational Cost), DO (Operational Expense), and * LL (Net Profit) * Lead the team; * Follow up on loading, scheduling, drivers, and other operational processes; * Address with customers non-conformities related to loading and dispatch; * Attend to customers and perform post-sales activities, including visits, problem resolution, KPI presentations, and other client-related interactions; * Manage operational deviations such as delays, accidents, vehicle shortages, etc.; * Provide departmental performance indicator management; * Maintain ATSLOG; * Monitor vehicle downtime, whether due to maintenance, stops, loading, unloading, etc.; * Develop and update KPIs; * Supervise subordinates’ banked hours and track working hours. * Plan operational team vacations. * Request personnel hiring (truck and trailer drivers) for owned fleet when necessary; * Manage aggregator contracts when required; * Ensure Online Cargo data accuracy; **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Must reside in Curitiba/PR or nearby areas (CIC). **IT’S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:** * Prior experience in transport management, particularly in scheduling and route planning, team leadership, and strategic operational vision. **Additional Information** **THE STEPS TOWARD YOUR PERFECT MATCH** You must go through several stages in the selection process to reach the much-desired YES.
