We are looking for a **Customer Support Analyst** to support customers and ensure a positive and efficient experience. Work on the front line of customer communication, resolve inquiries, register requests, and forward demands to the responsible departments, always focusing on service excellence. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support via phone, e\-mail, chat, or other digital channels, and in person when necessary; * Provide information regarding the current status of ownership transfer, payment date, pending documents, etc. * Record customer / integrator / representative interactions, complaints, and requests in internal systems; * Ensure timely follow\-up with customers / integrators / representatives as per established deadlines; * Collaborate with other company departments to resolve more complex issues; * Ensure customer satisfaction by seeking fast and efficient solutions to their needs; * Stay updated on company product and process updates to deliver high\-quality service. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor's program in Law, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in customer service; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook); * Familiarity with CRM or customer support systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce). **Skills:** * Passion for customer service; * Empathy and patience when dealing with customers; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Agility, organization, and attention to detail; * Conflict resolution and assertiveness; * Customer\-centric and results\-oriented mindset; * Active listening and problem\-solving skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Benefits:** * Unimed health insurance; * Dental Uni dental insurance; * ECX meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * ECX pharmacy discount program; * Gympass. * Life insurance. **Neighborhood:** Bacacheri – Curitiba PR \-**IN\-PERSON**
