Your work will be essential to ensure processes remain up-to-date, deliverables stay aligned, and operations run seamlessly—elevating customer experience and directly contributing to company results. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Conduct frequent contact with dealerships for alignment, requests, and equipment dispatch. * Open and track tickets for equipment dispatch, installation, and maintenance. * Register and update customer information in the CRM, ensuring data integrity. * Send and follow up on requests with internal support and procurement teams. * Support the team in preparing weekly and monthly reports on requests, goals, and unit KPIs. * Respond to dealership operational queries and requests. * Facilitate communication between dealerships and internal departments (Procurement, Commercial, Technical, Finance, Data, and others). * Organize requests received from the Key Account Manager (KAM) and assist in prioritization. * Contribute to developing commercial proposals and contracts for dealerships. * Update dashboards, records, and internal documents. * Prepare materials, manuals, and process guidelines. * Assist Customer Success Analysts with operational routines. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools. * Participate in organizing area events, agendas, and meetings. **What we’re looking for:** * Impeccable organization and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and ease interacting across departments. * Agility in resolving requests and managing simultaneous processes. * A collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for learning. * Proactivity in anticipating needs and contributing to continuous process improvement. * Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and administrative routines. * Desire to grow and build alongside the Gobrax team. **Education:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Commercial Management, Business Process Management, or related fields. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Experience in administrative routines, customer service, or partner/client relationship management. * Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a strong plus!). * Solid proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. * Analytical ability to interpret KPIs and reports. * Experience with dealerships, automotive manufacturers, or field operations is considered a plus. * Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. * Aptitude for interpreting processes and structuring operational workflows. * Eagerness to grow with the team and contribute to continuous evolution. **Gobrax Benefits** Flexible Benefits — Caju Flexible allowance + meal voucher on a single card.
