Your position in the game (role summary): You will serve as the strategic "coach" for our talents, responsible for elevating team performance through corporate education. Your mission is to diagnose competency gaps and design learning pathways that align individual development with BRW’s business objectives. You will act as a culture facilitator and an engine of learning innovation. Plays depending on you (day-to-day responsibilities): * Map the field: Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) with leaders across all our business units (Fitness, Sports, Fashion, and Toys). * Design the playbook: Create and implement learning pathways and training programs (in-person and digital), applying active learning methodologies and cutting-edge instructional design. * Train the captains: Structure and facilitate leadership development programs, preparing our managers for the challenges of a dynamic market. * Analyze the scoreboard (KPIs): Manage Training & Development metrics (ROI, adoption, effectiveness), transforming data into strategic insights for senior leadership. * Elite curation: Identify and manage partnerships with external consulting firms and learning platforms offering the most modern solutions for our team. * Propagate culture: Promote knowledge management and continuous learning (lifelong learning) across the entire organization. * Champion integration: Enhance the onboarding process, ensuring every new talent steps onto the field wearing the BRW jersey from day one. Requirements: What makes you a starter (requirements): * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Solid senior-level experience in Training and Development. * Proficiency in learning methodologies (70-20-10, Kirkpatrick Model, Instructional Design). * Facilitation skills and excellent oratory ability to lead group sessions. * Analytical thinking for managing KPIs and budgets. * Proactivity, systemic vision, and passion for developing people. Differentiators that get you off the bench (added-value attributes): * Specialization or MBA in People Management or Corporate Education. * Experience implementing/managing LMS or LXP platforms. * Knowledge of People Analytics. * Certifications in assessment tools (DISC, MBTI, etc.).
