Have you ever considered joining the **leading lottery company in Paraná?** Responsibilities and Duties Plan and execute promotional activations at points of sale (POS), events, and external campaigns; Coordinate promotional materials, setup, and logistics for campaigns together with the marketing team; Proactively approach customers, presenting the brand, products, and promotional mechanics; Distribute gifts and institutional materials according to defined guidelines and controls; Ensure organization, setup, and dismantling of campaign infrastructure; Collect data and evidence from activations (photos, videos, metrics, and results); Prepare post-campaign reports with indicators, learnings, and improvement opportunities; Maintain positive relationships with POS teams, partners, and end users. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields; 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts; Advantages Knowledge of Canva and design tools; Experience with metrics, reporting, and data analysis; Experience with entertainment, betting, technology, or highly regulated brands.
