We combine technology and security to deliver a trustworthy entertainment experience. **About the Role** We are looking for a **Financial Coordinator** with a **hands-on, organized, and reliable** profile, experienced in financial management, indicator control, and process leadership—ensuring efficiency, predictability, and support for business decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Design and optimize our internal controls and financial processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance across our operations in Brazil and the USA. * Internal Controls Development: Design, implement, and monitor robust internal controls for all financial operations, aiming to mitigate risks and optimize processes in both countries. * Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Manage the full AP and AR cycle, ensuring timely payments and collections, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring—with attention to jurisdiction-specific requirements. * Support for External Accounting: Serve as the liaison between internal operations and our external accounting partners in Brazil and the USA, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information for financial closings. * Management Closings: Support the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial closings, providing accurate management information for strategic decision-making. * Financial KPIs and Metrics: Develop and monitor essential financial KPIs and metrics to track company performance, identify trends, and propose continuous improvements. * Resource Allocation Optimization: Lead and participate in projects analyzing and optimizing the allocation of financial resources, pursuing efficiencies and maximizing return on investment in growth initiatives. * Continuous Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance existing financial processes using technology and industry best practices. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields**; * Proven experience in the **finance area**, including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and reconciliations; * Experience in **coordinating financial processes**, interfacing with accounting and internal departments; * Knowledge of **financial planning, budgeting, and cost control**; * Proficiency in **Excel at intermediate to advanced level**; * Ability to **analyze financial indicators** and prepare management reports; * Strong **clear communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility;** **If you identify with an innovative team, want to make a difference, and contribute to the growth of a company in full expansion, send your resume and join APOSTOU!**
