Main Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise operational activities, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, and compliance goals with safety, health, and environmental standards. Also lead the operational team, promoting employee development, monitoring performance, and supporting management in analyzing results and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
