- Manage branch operations to ensure customer satisfaction and retain the client portfolio; - Plan, organize, and supervise branch operational activities under your responsibility, in accordance with established specifications and quality standards, aiming to achieve corporate objectives and targets; - Manage branch operations, ensuring receipt and delivery of goods to customers; - Prepare freight quotations for new customers and other transportation services not covered by existing contracts; - Address issues arising during cargo transit, including accidents or damages; - Ensure compliance with quality requirements related to branch performance and environmental indicators; - Ensure high-quality customer service, maintaining strong relationships while monitoring transportation costs, deadlines, and quality; - Guarantee truck maintenance by monitoring and enforcing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules; - Adhere to the Code of Ethics and Conduct, operating strictly within rigorous Compliance boundaries, in full conformity with all applicable laws, regulatory standards, and internal policies; - Commit to meeting requirements of key quality and environmental certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SASSMAQ.
