Abler is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Act as a generalist across HR subsystems. Support and influence leadership in people-related decisions. Conduct union negotiations and maintain relationships with professional associations. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Implement and strengthen compliance and governance practices. Manage HR metrics and drive continuous improvement. Lead organizational development, performance management, and organizational climate initiatives. Previous experience as HR Director, HR Coordinator, HR Supervisor, or Talent Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
