Job Summary: Lead and develop the production team, coordinating production processes to ensure adherence to the production plan, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. We are seeking a Production Supervisor to work in a plastic injection manufacturing company focused on the automotive sector, located in Colombo\-PR. **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for leading and developing the production team, coordinating operators, assistants, and other team members. * Manage people-related activities (daily meetings, interviews, vacation scheduling, absence tracking, and training), ensuring proper capability development and allocation according to the multi-skilling matrix. * Coordinate and supervise production processes to ensure adherence to the production plan, quality standards, and operational efficiency. * Monitor KPIs (productivity, scrap rate, OEE/TRS, and absenteeism) and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives (QRQC, 8D, and action plans). * Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance; collaborate with PCP to optimize resources, reduce losses, and meet delivery deadlines. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related fields * Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience * Experience in the automotive sector and/or plastic injection manufacturing **Salary: Negotiable** **Work Location: Colombo \-PR** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 6:55 AM to 3:00 PM; Saturdays, 6:55 AM to 12:18 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
