Job Summary: Responsible for performing auxiliary tasks in the finishing processes of welded metal parts, operating simple machines under direct supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Performing finishing operations on metal parts using hand tools and machines 2. Assisting in the organization and handling of finished parts 3. Conducting basic visual inspections and simple measurements Production Assistant (Welding / Finishing) Responsible for performing auxiliary tasks in the finishing processes of welded metal parts, such as grinding, deburring, polishing, and visual inspection. Operates simple machines under direct supervision while adhering to quality, safety, and productivity standards. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Perform finishing operations on metal parts (grinding, deburring, polishing) using hand tools and simple machine tools according to FPP instructions; * Assist in organizing, handling, and storing finished parts, preserving product integrity; * Conduct basic visual inspections and simple measurements, reporting any non-conformities identified; **Required Qualifications:** Experience: In welding finishing or similar activities within the metallurgical industry. Education: Completed high school; Technical Competencies: Basic mechanics, reading and interpreting basic technical drawings, welding symbols, abrasives and use of grinders, basic measuring instruments; Interpersonal Competencies: Effective communication, responsibility and organization, teamwork, focus on deadlines, proactivity, attention to detail; R$ 2\.694,6 \+ R$300,00 VA (linked to attendance) \+ VT \+ Breakfast and lunch on-site.
