




Job Summary: Supervise the technical team, support the administrative team and franchisees, aiming for excellence in customer service and management of branch performance indicators. Management of performance indicators and responsibility for the branch’s technical operations **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Supervise the local technical team; train and hire outsourced technicians. Support the branch’s administrative team, as well as Masters and franchisees. Ensure excellent customer service through monitoring, training, and best practices, guaranteeing customer satisfaction levels aligned with company objectives. Plan service appointments, monitor service delivery, visit customers when necessary, and accompany the technical team in the field. Manage the branch’s performance indicators to achieve company goals. Be responsible for the branch’s scheduling and laboratory operations. Assume overall responsibility for the branch’s technical operations. Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, good interpersonal relationships, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills.
