Your Routine: * Receive, verify, and file test reports; * Perform visual inspections of bottles (after the blow molder and after labeling, using Magna-Mike); * Perform dimensional analyses of bottles: weight, height, bottle wall thickness, Fill Point capacity, vertical and horizontal drop tests, and vertical pressure tests; * Assist in Stress Cracking analyses (caustic soda); * Identify non-conforming products and monitor the selection of rejected products; update the non-conforming products log; * Comply with the company's quality policy, ensuring continuous improvement actions within the quality management system; * Perform BPF checklists and update and issue corrective and preventive actions arising from non-conformities identified during audits; * Maintain spreadsheets and support internal and external audits. Requirements: * Completed technical or undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Food Engineering, or related fields; * Active CRQ registration; * Experience in laboratory and/or analytical work; * Availability to work flexible hours. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the industrial or food sector is desirable.
